illustration friday: haunt
by doodlingdroomer
NOW I INTER YOU
(medium: pen and pantones, size: 150x90mm)
Travelling through forests in my head. Crawling under the windmills of dreams. Floating amidst the crushed glass and owls of my fears. I run from the voices in my head; the haunted dreams, a blinded view of life. Now I bury them.
(This illustration was done last a while ago, but I post it here it for illustration Friday because it speaks to the theme – haunt: of how sometimes our actions stay with us, shape us, haunt us.)
I never even thought about drawing one of the dreams that haunts me! I like the feel to this illustration- almost Edward Gorey like…
thanks! I had a look at Edward Gorey’s work after reading your comment, and must say I can relate his style!
